<div>What started as a whisper in my backyard has grown into something much bigger — a community who believes in the power of live jazz, connection, and community. I call it East Wind.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>East Wind began as a secret jazz venue — an intimate, word-of-mouth haven for musicians and lovers of live sound. What we lacked in space, we made up for in heart. Night after night, the backyard transformed into something sacred.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now, the wind is shifting. **<strong>We’ve been offered the opportunity to bring East Wind into a real venue space in Aurora, Illinois — and we need your help to make it happen.</strong>**

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This is more than just a fundraiser for a new venue. It's about preserving the spirit of East Wind — the intimacy, the soul, the *magic* — and giving it room to grow. With your support, we’ll be able to:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>* Secure and outfit the new venue with proper sound, lighting, and seating

</div>

<div>* Pay musicians a fair rate for their talent and time

</div>

<div>* Keep the experience accessible and community-driven

</div>

<div>* Launch ticketed events that stay true to the East Wind vibe — intimate, immersive, and unforgettable

</div>

<div>*And of course, host consistent jam sessions

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you’ve ever longed for a space where art isn’t just heard but *felt* — this is your moment to be part of something real.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Let’s bring the wind indoors.

</div>

<div>Let’s make East Wind a permanent part of Aurora’s cultural soul.

</div>
