Hi, my name is Dylan Bratek, a Life Scout in Troop 2 Verona. I am excited to share my Eagle Scout Service Project, which will benefit the Roseland Free Public Library in Roseland, NJ.

For many years, I have attended the library’s annual model train event during the Christmas season, and I’ve even had the honor of helping run it. To this day, I continue to run the trains each year. This library has been a special part of my life, and I’m thrilled to give back by enhancing their outdoor patio space.

Currently, the patio has only a few picnic tables with benches, which lack back support. My project involves building four comfortable patio chairs to provide better seating options for library patrons to relax and enjoy the space.

I am seeking to raise $500 to cover the cost of materials for the chairs. The donations will go towards purchasing the wood and any tools I will need to make the chairs. Any additional funds will be donated directly to the library to support future events and improvements. Your support will help create a more inviting and accessible environment for the community to enjoy.
