Support during Twyla’s surgery and healing journey

Donation protected

My youngest daughter, Twyla (21 months old), was born with a rare condition in her skull called craniosynostosis. This condition caused a partial fusion in the sutures in her skull. She has had two surgeries to correct this condition at a very young age, which were successful. Unfortunately, she ended up with another rare condition called “temporal squeezing,” so instead of her skull growing normally, hopefully with no complications in her future, we are having to do another surgery on the front and temporal part of her skull on February 6th. This next, and hopefully final, surgery should help to prevent future abnormalities and issues as she grows up. During this surgery and healing times, her father and I will be out of work and at home to take care of her. We are hoping for any donations possible to help with expenses, such as help with bills and food while we are going to be out. It’s going to be a bit of a healing journey after about a week stay at the hospital, and we would love for us to both be able to help each other out at home as she heals afterwards for a couple of weeks. Funds will be used for food, bills since we are missing out of work, and basic nessessities for our family that we wouldn’t be able to pay for since being out with our baby. Anything helps !
