Support Dunbar’s Family

On November 9, Dunbar Horsford, a migrant farm worker from Grenada, tragically passed away while working in Niagara. He was looking forward to returning home to his wife, Maria, and their three sons, and had been scheduled to return home by the end of the month.
Dunbar had committed many of his past seasons to supporting his family through his work here in Canada. He was well loved on the farm among his peers, as well as by many members of our local community. This Go Fund Me page is set up on behalf of the many friends that Dunbar has made here in Niagara, people who build relationships with migrant workers in Niagara to support them and give them a “family” while they spend so much time away from home.
Dunbar’s wife will be the beneficiary of this fundraiser. We will be sending the funds to her when the campaign is over, to help her through this tragic loss and to help set up a more secure financial future for her and their three sons.
