<div><strong>Shortkut's Story</strong>
</div>
<div>On July 1st, 2024, the day after an amazing performance at the Hollywood Bowl, Jon’s life changed unexpectedly when he suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. This incident has caused body paralysis, vision loss, speech difficulties, and cognitive and sensory medical complications. Many of you know, Shortkut is a passionate, multi-talented DJ Entertainer. Music has always been his life, so the inability to stand and utilize his hands has been challenging.

<div><strong>Road to Recovery </strong>
</div>
<div>The journey to recovery is a long and difficult one. Shortkut requires specialized rehabilitation, including physical and occupational therapy, to regain as much function as possible. Currently, Jon’s full-time job needs to be rehabilitation and rest. He is healing one day at a time, so what happens next is of vital importance. As a self-employed DJ Entertainer, time off work simply means loss of earnings and financial vulnerability.

<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Anyone who knows Shortkut will tell you he is a caring, intelligent and a hard-working human being. Always the first to help when anyone needs him, but at this time - he needs you. We are setting up this GoFundMe campaign to support Shortkut in his recovery. Your generous donations will cover the costs of medical bills, rehabilitation, medications, medical equipment, home modifications, living expenses and ongoing medical care. Unfortunately these expenses are beyond what Jon and his family can manage alone.

</div>
<div>If you have been influenced or touched by Shortkut’s music in any way, it would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly donate in any amount, big or small, that will make a significant difference in his recovery journey. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing the <strong>SK Recovery GoFundMe Campaign </strong>link with your friends, family and networks.
