<div>Dear friends and community,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>My name is Maite, and I am </em><strong><em>Diana Torroledo</em></strong><em>’s good friend.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our beloved friend Diana, has recently suffered a serious accident while visiting San Diego.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHAT HAPPENED?</strong>
</div>
<div>On Friday March 28th, Diana suffered a life-threatening accident while visiting San Diego. Swept off a jetty by dangerous surf, she was airlifted in critical condition. She was underwater for several minutes.
</div>
<div>Diana suffered multiple fractures across her body and face, as well as brain hemorrhage. After spending 4 days in intensive care, she’s now in moderate care, fighting for her recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>HOW IS SHE RIGHT NOW?</strong>
</div>
<div>She is in delicate condition but out of danger. Diana is currently admited in the UC Medical Center in San Diego. Her sister Carolina is with her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHY AM I MAKING A GO FUND ME?</strong>
</div>
<div>This unexpected event has left her not only facing physical and emotional challenges but also struggling with overwhelming medical expenses and lost income during her recovery.
</div>
<div>Her sister Carolina had to fly unexpectedly from Colombia to stay with her after the Hospital was able to locate her as her next of kin. You can imagine the amount of money all of this is alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP</strong>
</div>
<div>Please <strong>donate anything you can!</strong>
</div>
<div>And most importantly <strong>share her story</strong>:
</div>
<div>If you have a big Social Media platform, please share it, take the extra mile!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you have a small platform, share it too: you never know who’s watching and who can make a difference!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>As you know, she is a freelancer makeup artist, and her income depends on herself only. We are expecting her not to be able to work for a long time, so, there’s other ways you can help too:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>OTHER WAYS YOU CAN HELP <em>(WHEN SHE’S BACK IN THE EAST COAST)</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>1) REMOTE JOB FOR DIANA</strong>
</div>
<div>This may be too soon to explore, but if everything works out fine, we will need some sort of online/remote/gig for Diana to be able to do once she’s back at home and going through her recovery.
</div>
<div>If you have any leads or you’re able to help somehow, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>2) INSTA CART/FOOD/GROCERIES/GIFT CARDS </strong>
</div>
<div>She will need to nourish her body and soul during her recovery. Feel free to help her out with her groceries/toiletries/and essentials.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>3) REIKI/HOLISTIC HELP</strong>
</div>
<div>You know Diana is a spiritual being so please - if you can help bringing the good energy for her, go ahead!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THANK YOU!</strong>
</div>
<div>Diana has always shared her vibrant spirit and creativity with those around her, whether through her work or her kind heart. Now, she needs our help more than ever. The funds raised will go directly toward covering her medical bills, therapy sessions, and the additional costs that come with this unforeseen hardship.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div>•••••••••••••••••••••••••••
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Queridos amigos y comunidad:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Nuestra amada amiga Diana sufrió recientemente un grave accidente mientras visitaba San Diego.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>¿QUÉ PASÓ?</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿CÓMO SE ENCUENTRA AHORA?
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿POR QUÉ ESTOY CREANDO UN FONDO DE GOFUNDME?
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿QUÉ PUEDES HACER PARA AYUDAR?
</div>
<div>¡Por favor, dona lo que puedas!
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>OTRAS MANERAS DE AYUDAR (CUANDO REGRESE A LA COSTA ESTE)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1) TRABAJO REMOTO PARA DIANA
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2) ENVIARLE COMIDA/ALIMENTOS/TARJETAS DE REGALO/ MERCADO
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>3) REIKI/AYUDA HOLÍSTICA
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¡GRACIAS!
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
