<div><strong>Denise is a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.</strong> The day after Christmas, she received the life-changing news that she had a brain tumor that took up almost 70% of her right temporal lobe, and within a week, she had emergency surgery to remove it. The surgery was successful. Though the tumor was removed, there is still a long road ahead, such as radiation, chemotherapy, and many doctor's appointments to come. Denise is now navigating life with partial vision loss as well as getting ready to start treatment to rid her brain of the cancer cells. Though Denise has health insurance, not all of her expenses will be covered. As well as medical expenses, she is not able to work, and bills such as property taxes, upkeep, and everyday expenses need to be covered. <strong>If you are able and feel led to help financially during this time, she and her family would be more than grateful.</strong> Any amount makes a difference and helps lighten the load during this difficult time.
