Hi! I’m Morgann and for the past two years, I have had the honor and privilege of being Deidra’s primary clinical preceptor as she has completed her midwifery education. Getting to have a front-row seat to her journey has been incredible. I feel so lucky to have witnessed her grow into the beautiful midwife that she is.

The jump from midwifery student to practicing midwife comes with many challenges, one of which is the financial burden that comes with buying all of the necessary equipment to be able to practice. Below is a list of some of the things she will need to purchase before being able to fully serve clients:

Medical supplies (medications, syringes, sterile supplies, etc.) - $500

Birth clothes/scrubs - $200

She has also put together an Amazon wishlist for some of the smaller items that she needs to purchase. You can find that wishlist here:

I am asking for your help in rallying around her and showering her with so much love so that she can step into practice quickly with everything she needs. Whether you can give $5 or $50 or purchase something from her Amazon wishlist, every penny will go directly toward equipping her to serve families in her care.

Thank you so much!
