<div>Hello everyone, I am trying to raise money for my cousin Deanna, who has already battled breast cancer in the past. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 incurable cancer. Deanna is a loving wife, amazing mother to four beautiful children, Aaliyah, Taryka, Donovan and Kyra. Below is her story:

<div>5/12/25 At the end of March I had started getting really fatigued and if I walked anywhere in a fast pace, I would have to stop to catch my breath. In the last three weeks I started really feeling like I was fighting to breath.

<div>DerrickO and my sister Danielle Martinez took me to the ER in SF and i had fluid literally collapsing my right lung. They put a catheter in my back and drained almost 2 liters of fluid. Now it's the waiting game to see where it’s coming from and why,

<div>5/19/25: So, it’s been confirmed,

<div>My breast cancer is back and is a stage 4 incurable. I get drained and a PET scan on Friday. I will know next week where the cancer has spread.

<div>5/28/25: Today’s doctor’s appointment went better than anticipated and was relieving. Even though it’s still stage 4, the cancer has not spread everywhere. It’s on the lining of my lung, but not in or on my lung and a small spot on my hip bone. Thank God ♥️. I will start chemotherapy next Friday. Treatment plan is to take oral chemotherapy and repeat PET scans every 3 months. I will have to do bloodwork once a month with an injection and pill combo as well. I will also have to have my ovary removed, due to my cancer feeding off my estrogen. I have to become premenopausal. I will be on chemotherapy for as long as my body will take it, in hopes to live as normal and as full of a life as possible.
