Support Dawn’s Fight with Cancer

4 weeks ago Dawn Bicondova had a routine test come back with abnormal results and the doctor recommended she have an ultrasound to ensure everything was ok. During her ultrasound they found a mass and decided to do a biopsy to ensure it was benign. Last Monday her results came in and we were hit with the news.....Uterine Cancer. Her doctors are insisting she have an immediate hysterectomy to remove the mass. Her appointment with the OB/GYN surgeon is scheduled for this Friday the 13th to determine when they will do her surgery and what she can expect during this fight.
Dawn is a loving wife,mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She is the backbone of her family, and she is always there to support them in every way possible. She has always been someone that would do anything she could for anyone, and right now she needs our help.
There is going to be missed work, lost wages, added expenses for travel to multiple doctor appointments. She has medical insurance, but it has a very high copay being required for her emergency surgery and sadly do not have the funds to pay it.
They are at the very beginning of their journey and the stress of the financial burdens are not allowing them to concentrate on the battle placed before them.
