I am Dawn, 53 years old mother of 2 adults children and grandmother of 2 beautiful granddaughters. I have a wonder boyfriend of 28 years i take care of do to a disability. I also work as a Medical Biller for a private medical practice here in Tucson, AZ.

I just had cervical spine surgery to relieve compression of C4, C5, and C6 vertebrae. Along with this, they harvested some bone marrow from my left hip bone. The marrow will aid in the vertebrae fusion.

They say I could be out of work for up to 6 weeks, and unfortunately, the household bills won't wait. Due to some of the federal government cutbacks, we do not qualify for assistance. So i am asking for help. Your donations would be greatly appreciated.
