<div>I never thought that I would be writing this, but as some of you may know, my mother (Dawn Romman) was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She just had her first surgery in an attempt to remove the cancer, but the doctors said that several more surgeries and treatments will be necessary.

<div>This devastating news came just two months after she was laid off from her job. My sister and I have been working hard to provide as much financial and emotional support as possible during this scary time, but we have also been feeling the financial strain that this has caused.

<div>My mother currently lives alone, as my father passed away in early 2019, and she is left with the responsibility of all bills falling on her shoulders. We are asking for any help, no matter how small, to lessen the financial burden and allow her to focus on her health and recovery during this difficult journey that she faces.
