<div>My name is David. I've been having a lot of medical issues in the past couple of years. I'm back in the hospital again with more issues, and this time, <strong>I am going to be out of work for six months at a minimum due to the fact that I can't walk.</strong> I have an open wound that is attached to a vacuum pump that has to remain installed in my foot until it is healed. I've gone through double pneumonia with respiratory failure, heart failure, and bladder cancer. Now, I have a bone infection in my right foot, which is resulting in having an amputation of part of my right foot, which is now infected. I've been in the hospital for over a month and out of work since October. <strong>I really need some financial support to get through this rough time in my life.</strong> I've exhausted all my financial help from my job, and I don't qualify for government assistance. I'm afraid I am going to lose everything that I have worked for. So please, I am praying  that there is someone out there who can help me and my family in this time of need.
