<div>On May 17th, a devastating car bomb explosion rocked Palm Springs, causing serious damage to several nearby buildings—one of which was a local boutique hotel owned and operated by David Rios. The Velvet Rope, a cherished part of the community, sustained structural damage, forcing him to halt operations.

<div>For years, David has been a beacon of generosity and kindness not only to the community of Palm Springs but to all those around him. Whether it was offering help to those in need, supporting local events, or always showing up when the community needed him—David has given back without hesitation. Now, it’s our turn to support him.

<div>David’s boutique hotel is not just a business; it’s his livelihood, his pride, and a symbol of his commitment to this city. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping David rebuild and recover.

<div>I started this campaign for David Rios, who is a very close family friend, so that he can use the funds to repair the damages on The Velvet Rope.
