Support Dashiell's Dream to Help Sloths

Hello. My name is Dashiell Diennet. I am a rising 5th grader who lives in New York City. The reason I started a GoFundMe is because I love sloths but there are only a limited amount. The pigmy sloth is critically endangered and the maned three-toed sloth is vulnerable. It has always been my dream to go see a sloth in a sanctuary and maybe help them.

My father and I plan to spend a week at the Wildlife Rescue Center in Guacima, Costa Rico caring for injured and displaced wildlife, including sloths, coati, macaws, and others.

I am raising money to fund that trip. The goal amount includes my plane ticket, my stay at the refuge, and food and board.

Join me in my journey. Sloths are very fascinating creatures. Once, I watched a GIF of a sloth for 5 minutes before I realized it was an image. :)
