<div>Nearly one month ago, I received the devastating news that my son Darren was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. We are all still in shock, trying to process this news while trying to remain strong and encouraged to fight this horrible disease.

<div>Darren and his bride Ivyeria had planned to marry on 3/14, but his hospitalization put the entire wedding in jeopardy. However, the amazing hospital staff came together to help them keep their pre-planned wedding day before the birth of their new baby girl next month.
