<div>If you know my brother Dan Pelletier, you know he’s the first one to show up when your tree falls in a storm, your driveway’s buried in snow, or your garage band needs a front man who knows every song ever written and isn’t afraid to make up the rest. The guy lives to serve others, laugh with friends, and strum a guitar like he was born doing it — because he kinda was.

<div>Well, now it’s Dan who needs a little backup. He was diagnosed with aortic stenosis — the kind that makes your main heart valve go kaput. He had open heart surgery August 6 and will be down for the count for 8 to 12 weeks. No lifting, no plowing, no chainsawing, and worst of all, no jammin' out on the guitar for awhile.

<div>To make matters a little tougher, his beautiful wife has been fighting her way through her own health journey.
