<div>Dan was a hard-working husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son. He worked as a full-time truck driver up until he experienced respiratory failure in November of 2019. Despite having to carry around an oxygen tank, afterwards, Dan continued to enjoy living life to the fullest with friends and family. In July of 2024, his oxygen needs were increased, leaving it difficult for him to simply get out of a car. Dan was placed on the lung transplant list that September, and shortly after received a double lung transplant on December 13, 2024.

<div>Dan was in and out of the ICU for the next 3 months. His final trip to the ICU would bring him home to Jesus. Fluid rising, infections growing, and the doctors did absolutely everything they could. God knew Dan did not want to be hooked up to so many machines, that were keeping him alive.

<div>Dan leaves behind his wife, Anna, his two daughters, Stacey (Matt) and Erin. He was a kind, loving, self-less, energetic, funny, and a God-fearing man. Dan's heart and soul was his family. He would give the shirt off his back, if you asked for it. He will be missed dearly.
