<div>Hi my name is Amy and I am the wife of Danny Dykes. Danny has been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. It’s a cancer in his mouth and jaw. It is in the third stage and has spread to his lymph nodes.

<div>We are traveling from Grundy County to Chattanooga 2 to 3 times a week for now. His surgery will be at Vanderbilt Hospital where he will have to stay for 5-7 days. He will have to do radiation and possibly chemotherapy after his surgery. That will be done in Chattanooga. We are an older couple that is on Social Security and we are on a fixed income. Danny has went through a kidney transplant 10 years ago. He did dialysis for 3 1/2 years. He was always a very hard working man before all this started. We need the funds to get back-and-forth to the doctors and when he starts chemotherapy and radiation. It will also be used for some bills since everything has been coming out of our bank account, we are strapped no money left. We pray that there are good people that will help us out. We’re not asking for a handout because we will pay it forward when we are able. We are good. People have always worked and raised the family in Grundy County. Danny and I have been married for 30 years and I hope to have him a lot longer. Please help us with expenses for traveling. Thank you very much. God bless you all.
