<div>I’m writing this with a heavy but hopeful heart, reaching out for help in a season I never thought we’d face again. Many of you know Daniel—my boyfriend, my best friend, and truly one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. Almost four years ago, Daniel fought his way through stage 3 advanced colorectal cancer. I watched him endure every treatment, every surgery, and every setback with courage and faith that inspired everyone around him. By the grace of God and with the help of so many prayers, he made it into remission.

<div>We thought that chapter was closed. But now, after almost four years, the cancer is back (so far it looks like a local recurrence). Hearing those words again was shattering—honestly, it’s hard to even find the right words.

<div>Daniel has always been strong for everyone else. He’s the type of person who will drop everything to help a friend, lift someone’s spirits with his humor, or give encouragement even when he’s struggling himself. Now he needs all the support he can get, and I’m doing my best to be strong for him, but we can’t do this alone.

<div>The reality is, the costs are overwhelming. He may need to travel to Houston for specialized treatment. There are medical bills, travel expenses, and time off work. The stress of finances should be the last thing on Daniel’s mind right now, but unfortunately, it’s a very real worry for us.
