Hi everyone, my name is Dajanae. I was born and raised in Jamaica, but I migrated to the States in 2022.

I'm starting this GoFundMe to help my grandparents in Jamaica, who recently lost their roof during Hurricane Melissa. The storm hit their community hard, and their home, where they've lived for over 40 years, was severely damaged. Strong winds ripped the roof off, leaving the inside of the house soaked and many of their belongings destroyed.

They're currently staying with family and friends, but it's only a temporary solution. The goal of this fundraiser is to help replace the roof and restore basic living conditions so they can safely return home. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward purchasing building materials, paying local workers, and replacing essential items ruined by the storm.

If you can't donate, please consider sharing this campaign so it can reach more people. Any support means the world to my family and me. Thank you ❤️
