<div>On Monday my husband and I received a terrible call for help from my father. He was involved in a very serious accident which caused him to shatter both of his shoulders, fracture his arm, break his tooth, and break part of his foot. In the following days he received a double shoulder replacement surgery and I thank god that he made it through it and is now on a long road to recovery.

<div>For those of you who know Jerry, you know he is a hardworking father, a good husband, and a main provider in his household. Although we were so blessed to hear that he made it out of surgery, he will be out of work for the next six months at a bare minimum. I am humbly asking for those that know and love Jerry to give whatever they can no matter how small in order to help him through this difficult road ahead. Every cent received will go directly to helping with medical bills and month to month expenses at home.
