<div>On April 4th, my dad Steve came home from work and said he had a coughing fit and thought he pulled a muscle in his ribs. My mom took him to the ER. His oxygen saturation was so low he was admitted to the ICU. They ran every test imaginable for 8 days. On April 12th, <strong>my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic non-small cell adenocarcinoma of both lungs</strong>. It is not curable. <strong>This diagnosis comes with SO MUCH medical debt.</strong> My mom is the only one able to work. With the mortgage, bills, food, and medical expenses, it's impossible to stay afloat.
