PLEASE HELP! I adopted my cat cyclops and was told he was found with a bulging eye, and urgently needed it removed. He had a horrifying “ear infection” at the adoption center. I was given medication for his ear and told it would all be cleared quickly. We went to a vet 3 different times. Charged over $1000 just to be told that it’s an infection. We finally saved up enough to go to a different vet. They gave me antibiotics to clear his ear and take a better look because it was so full of black debris. I was just informed it’s a polyp. A non-cancerous growth that develops in the ear canal. It’s going to be roughly $1600 to get it removed and i cannot afford that and need your help. The doctors said they could try and remove it but the polyp can come back if not properly removed. Then we will need to remove his ear canal if the doctors can’t take it out completely. the removal of the ear canal could cost up to $4000. I need my son to be okay, and he has spent too much of his life in a cone with gross fluid in his head, struggles breathing, and overflowing globs of smelly black fluid from his ear. Even just $1.00 would mean the world to my family and me!
