$3 1/2 + Billion Mercy Housing hires $100 Million law firm to go after 73-year-old indigent injured tenant injured by Mercy negligence and poor property upkeep - accident caused by ripped up 2ft - 3ft iron grate unknown by tenant in walkway from basement to back parking lot - witness alerted security - who called ambulance. 73 yr Craig Stewart has 5 slipped discs in neck, 6 slipped discs in back, sciatic nerve issues.

2 Mercy maintenance employees inspect full property every day - how long did ripped up iron grate exist prior to accident and why did Mercy Housing take 6+ months before repairing dangerous area. Took Mercy Housing 3 years to even get security incident report - there is video camera above the accident area - Mercy attorneys say no video available.
