<div>This fundraiser is for school teacher of fifteen years and coach, Courtney Daly. For the last 30 years she has been fighting numerous immunity disorders, diabetes, and a rare, undiagnosable kidney disease (finally diagnosed as fsgs-focal segmental glomerulosclerosis!). Courtney is in stage 5 kidney disease and in desperate need of a kidney and pancreas transplant. She never misses a day of school. When she goes on dialysis, it is unlikely she will be able to teach. Our goal is $70,000, which is a year’s pay that could go toward living expenses and medical needs.
