Dear friends, family, and other dog lovers -

My sweet boy Cooper was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma that has invaded his spleen and all lymph nodes. Prior to this diagnosis, he was known as a gentle giant who LOVED his daily walks, cuddling with mom, and bringing joy to everyone’s lives with his unique little quirks. He often spent time at our local gas station, bringing a smile to customers' faces when he greeted them with his chin on the front counter.

Within one week, he has gone from this to barely eating, drinking, or even moving. He no longer jumps up in the morning at the sound of the front door opening or greets me with a wagging tail, a toy in his mouth, and jumps of excitement when I get home.

We have received word from the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital that Cooper is a good candidate for chemotherapy, in which he would be traveling weekly to Pullman for treatment. The treatment is extremely expensive, but Cooper has had my back when I needed him the most, and now it's my turn to be here for him in this difficult time.

I appreciate the love and support I have received so far and am hopeful that this treatment can bring back Cooper’s love of life, goofy demeanor, and wagging tail. This world is not ready to lose such a beautiful and genuine soul.

All donations will be put directly toward Cooper’s chemotherapy treatment and/or travel expenses incurred from the weekly trip to Pullman.
