Cooper Osborne is raising money for his Eagle Scout project. He and other Scouts from Troop 315 will be removing/painting over murals in the gymnasium at Highland Presbyterian Church. This will make the space better suited for a wider range of community activities. Cooper has been involved in the church his entire life, from attending Highland Pres Weekday School, Sunday School, and Youth Group to his current role on the church Session.
