After being able to play tennis for 10 years and in my final year of undergraduate, I have been diagnosed with Tarsal Tunnel and Chronic Plantar Fascia. The next step in my treatment is shockwave therapy or a PRP injection, but the insurance will not cover this cost.

I would appreciate if you could help me get this next step of treatment to try and prevent surgery and finish my last year of college tennis. Thank you
