<div>Hello family and friends, for those who dont know me, my name is Shana and I am a close family friend of the Akridge family.  On November 21 Rinardo Akridge who many of you may know as Coach Ray was in a horrific accident as he was hit by a car and is now in the hospital with severe injuries including two broken legs, a fractured vertebrae and fractured left shoulder.  He spent over a week in ICU on a breathing tube, had multiple surgeries and will need a few more.  Once all his surgeries are done he will then be transferred to an impatient Rehab facility where he will spend several months.  For all those who know Rinardo/Coach Ray knows he's a hardworking family man who loves his wife and his daughters dearly.  Coach Ray has volunteered for many years as a Basketball Coach and Soccer Coach in our Lodi Community.  Giving back to the community and coaching kids was one of the things he loved to do. He's loved by his family, friends, basketball players, soccer players and their families.   He is the rock of his home and now with having to focus on a long recovery he won't be able to  provide for his family or cover excessive medical bills.  I wanted to ask that we all extend some support for Ray, his wife and their precious daughters.   I ask if we can come together and donate and if you can't please share and pray for his recovery and for the strength of his beautiful family.
