<div>To Our Lakewood Ranch Chargers Family, Friends and Community,
</div>

</div>
<div>As many of you may already know, our incredible Coach Brendan Moran suffered a sudden and severe medical event on Thursday, March 14th when Brendan experienced a ruptured brain aneurysm, leading to a hemorrhagic stroke.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brendan has been an integral part of our community since he and his family moved from Chicago about a decade ago. As the Youth Academy Director and coach for two teams, his dedication to the sport and his players knows no bounds. His passion for coaching the younger age groups, helping them develop into skilled soccer players, is matched only by his kindness and patience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brendan's daughter, a senior at Lakewood Ranch High School and also a member of the soccer club, discovered her father had suffered a medical emergency. Her quick thinking and immediate action in seeking medical help likely saved her father's life. Brendan was swiftly airlifted to Tampa General Hospital, where he underwent a craniotomy to halt the bleeding in his brain.

</div>
<div>While the surgery was successful, Brendan now faces a long and arduous road to recovery. He remains in the ICU, under close monitoring by his medical team. The exact extent of the damage to his brain from the subarachnoid hemorrhage is still uncertain, but he has shown improvement in the past week. Doctors are optimistic that he will remain on this path over the next several months and stress the importance of intensive physical rehab therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help him relearn everyday skills.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brendan's family has not left his side since Thursday and are staying with him overnight at the hospital or nearby hotels.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a community, we are rallying around Coach Brendan and his family during this difficult time. We are reaching out to you, our extended family, to ask for your support. Your donations will go directly towards covering Brendan's medical expenses, ongoing rehabilitation costs, and supporting his family as they navigate this challenging journey.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let us come together to help Brendan with this life event and help him with unexpected expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be immensely appreciated. Let's show Coach Brendan the same compassion and support that he has shown to each and every one of us over the years. If anyone wishes to send a get-well card or a message of support, we will provide the address as soon as possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your generosity, love, and prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you to Allison Johnson, Alyssa Gruber, Coach Antonio and Caitlin for clarifying details and getting permission from Brendan's family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With Love,
</div>
