<div>My name is Maria Alejandra and I am creating this resource to be able to save my mom. In January 2024, my mother underwent pre-operative exams due to a change of breast prostheses that had to be performed urgently. In an X-ray examination, the doctors were able to see the presence of an approximate mass or tumor of 7cm in the left lung. This worries the doctors very much and it had to be operated on immediately. This news gave an unexpected turn to the whole family and my mom, of course.

</div>
<div>When they mention a tumor one always expects the worst. After more studies and tests, my mother needed to be operated on immediately. Thank God they were able to remove the tumor in its entirety. After a long recovery, my mother is ready for the second phase of treatment. This would include chemotherapy to finish eradicating any cancer cell that has been raggering in her body.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>My mother is in Caracas, Venezuela without medical insurance and as some of you will know, the country and medical situation there is not the best if you do not have the necessary resources.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The treatment she needs will consist of 34 sessions of continuous radiotherapy and 12 sessions of intravenous chemotherapy. We also have to pay for her medicine and medical supplies that are expensive and we cannot afford. This why we require your help in hopes that we can come together and collaborate in order to be able to save my mother, Claudia.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
