<div>On April 23rd, 2026, <strong>Cisco Concepcion, a fellow soldier and brother with the Guam Army National Guard,</strong> was doing PT when his life changed in an instant. While out on a run, he was struck by a vehicle in a devastating hit-and-run accident. The driver fled the scene, leaving Cisco with serious injuries and his loved ones facing fear, uncertainty, and heartbreak.

<div>I am helping his wife, Jianna, and family organize this fundraiser during this difficult time, as they focus on being by his side and supporting his recovery. <strong>Due to the severity of his condition, Cisco now needs to be medically transported off-island to receive the specialized care he urgently needs.</strong>
