<div>Chuck has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. And, it is now our turn to return the love he has shown all of us by helping him out now.

<div>He has already taken a major step forward by paying the $3,000 needed to meet his insurance deductible. But now, in order to begin the radiation treatment he urgently needs, he must come up with an additional $5,000 to cover co-insurance costs until he reaches his out-of-pocket maximum.
