<div>Christina Mixon is a very close friend of mine who has lost a remarkable amount of weight over the past few years. She has made her health and well-being a top priority. At her heaviest, she weighed 490 lbs. Through dedication, proper nutrition, and consistent exercise, she has continued her journey and has now lost a total of 303 lbs.
