<div>Hi, my name is Dustin, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my husband, Chris, who is bravely battling kidney failure. Life has changed drastically for our family since he was diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease. He will soon depend on regular dialysis treatments to survive, and we're preparing for the long journey toward a kidney transplant.

Between medical bills, travel to treatment centers, medications, and lost income due to his inability to work, we’re struggling to keep up. And the cost of a kidney transplant—both before and after surgery—is even more daunting.
