<div>The restaurant they manage in the River Arts District survived but can't open anytime soon because of the devastation in the area; so no income in the foreseeable future. So far, they have no power or water supply and are staying with his high school friend, Pete.

<div>Funds will be used to sustain Chester and Caitlin during this time of no source of income as well as the many expenses associated with recovering from this disaster.
