<div><strong>Help Cheryl Rebuild After Devastating House Fire</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Peter, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my mother, Cheryl. On 12/12/24, Cheryl's home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was tragically engulfed in flames, leaving her and her loyal dog, Dixie, without a safe place to live.

</div>

<div>She and Dixie are both physically unharmed but emotionally, and psychologically devastated.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I live in Connecticut and we are working with all local friends and some local family members who are working to try and help her.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>The Situation</strong>

</div>

<div>Cheryl, who lives on a fixed disability income, now faces the overwhelming task of restoring her home to livable conditions. The fire has not only destroyed her personal belongings but has also left her house in a state of disrepair that requires significant work to make it habitable again1.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>The Impact</strong>

</div>

<div>This unexpected disaster has placed an enormous financial and emotional burden on Cheryl. As someone who relies on a limited income, she lacks the resources to cover the extensive repairs and replacements needed. The fire has disrupted every aspect of her daily life, from basic necessities to the comfort and security of her own home1.

</div>

<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>

</div>

<div>Your donation, no matter the size, will make a crucial difference in Cheryl's life. The funds raised will go directly towards:

</div>

<ul>

<li>Essential home repairs and restoration

</li>

<li>Replacing damaged furniture and appliances

</li>

<li>Temporary housing costs while repairs are underway

</li>

<li>Care for Dixie, Cheryl's beloved dog and constant companion

</li>

</ul>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>A Community United</strong>

</div>

<div>By contributing to this fund, you're not just helping to rebuild a house; you're restoring hope and stability to a member of our community. Your generosity will show Cheryl that she's not alone in this challenging time1.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every donation brings Cheryl one step closer to returning to a safe and comfortable home. Let's come together to support Cheryl and Dixie as they navigate this difficult journey. Your kindness and compassion can make a world of difference

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your support and for sharing Cheryl's story with others who might be able to help.
