<div>As some of you may know, my Grandmother, and best friend, passed away unexpectedly and suddenly on August 14th.

<div>This profound loss has devestaed me to my core. The immediate impact of her absence is something I can not yet fully express. She was my light, my safety, my security, and my biggest fan. I have never loved or been loved by someone more.

<div>I am not coping well with her loss.
</div>

</div>
<div>My grandmother always made sure we were cared for, even in her absence. She had already paid for her end of life care many years prior — so her final wishes (funeral) were able to be taken care of accordingly. So the family does not need funds directly for her service.
</div>

</div>
<div>However, my brother, Chance, devoted the last six years to caring for our grandmother. He lived with her full time, in her 55+ community. He refrained from being added to her lease all these years, as it would interfere with her senior benefits. Due to this, and her passing, he now has until September 1st to move out of his shared home of six years.

<div>He will be moving into my home, as there is nowhere else to go under the circumstances.
</div>

</div>
<div>Both him and myself have been off of work for two weeks now, and there still is a lot of uncertainty moving forward.
</div>

<div>With her passing also comes the hard work that should never be combined with grief. Paperwork, calling insurance companies, banks, social security, etc.
</div>
<div>we have also been working hard on planning her memorial and fulfilling her will and final wishes. Along with moving all of her belongings and relenqusihing her home back to the property manager.
</div>

<div>We are honored to do this final act for her.
</div>

</div>
<div>However, on top of the immense grief, the tasks and now timeline of my brother having to move, combined with time off work, has left both us struggling not only emotionally but financially as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any amount donated would be utilized to help get us situated, and his living arrangements taken care of. We just need support during this time.
</div>
