<div>Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my 50-year-old brother, who is fighting for his life as he battles end-stage kidney failure.

<div>Over a year ago, he lost 100% kidney function and began dialysis multiple times per week, which he continues to undergo just to stay alive. He’s currently listed on a kidney transplant list out of St. Louis and remains hopeful every day for that life-saving call.

<div>But he’s not just a patient—he’s so much more.  He’s a son, a brother, a husband, a father, and a proud grandfather.
