<div>About 4 weeks ago, Chad was not feeling great but decided to take a load up north anyway. While driving back home, he got more sick and decided to pull over and call an ambulance in Pennsylvania. At the first hospital, they determined he had double pneumonia, so they transferred him to Washington Hospital in PA. After being there for over two weeks, they told the family that if they put him on a ventilator, he may never come off, or if we didn't, he would not last much longer. We were also told that his heart was failing. So, in the moment, his wife Melinda decided to put him on the ventilator and asked that he be transferred to Pittsburgh. The hospital was hesitant due to the cost, but she demanded it.

<div>He is now at UPMC and getting excellent care. However, the medical bills are adding up. The travel expenses for the family are also adding up. <strong>I am asking any friend or family member to donate to help.</strong> No amount is too small. At this time, we don't know what's going to happen in the end, but we know he is in good hands. A few days ago, I was calling friends, family, and work saying we had lost my brother. Please keep the prayers coming as they are working, and we all know God is good. <strong>Chad has always been a fighter, and we can't give up now.</strong>
