On January 1st, 2025, our cat, Casper, was exhibiting discomfort in the litter box and refusing to leave the box. We rushed him to a 24-hour Animal Hospital and found out that he had a urinary blockage and needed immediate care. The cost of the care took quite a hit; my girlfriend and I are both in college, and while we both work on top of going to school, what we are left with after this is barely enough for bills.
We found Casper back in October, crying and hiding under a truck. We took him in, hoping to reunite him with an owner, but no one came forward and no microchip was found. He’s only about 7 months now, and we absolutely love him. This medical issue at his age is unusual, and we hope that we can get him the best care possible so that this doesn’t happen again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Hailey and Melissa
