Support Carries recovery after a traumatic fall

On July 11, 2025 around 7:00 pm in Mexico my sister Carrie suffered a serious fall from a horse and the horse fell on top of her leg while on vacation with her two sons,me, and a family friend. She experienced a traumatic concussion and temporary memory loss requiring emergency care and medical scans. We were able to bring her back safely to the U.S where she is now recovering slowly, but thankfully improving each day. carrie is a recently divorced mother of two sons and the kind of woman who holds everyone together. She paid for the entire trip herself hoping to give her boys a beautiful experience after such a difficult year. She’s the foundation of our family. Always providing, always giving, even when she’s hurting. Now that’s she’s out of work while she heals and I want to help carry some of the weight she never asks anyone to hold. why we are asking for help: carrie has been advised to stay out of work for at least a week possibly longer so her brain can rest and recover. While she bravely took care of all the expenses for the trip she’s now facing lost income and the added stress of healing.
