Hi there, my name is Carmen, I am 58 years old and was a teacher for 28 years. I had to retired because 5 years ago my kidneys stopped working and I became a dialysis patient. I am making this fundraiser to help me get a kidney transplant, right now I'm very sick and I need to get this transplant so I can continue living and see my grandchildren grow up.
