<div>On September 21st, my son, <strong>Carlos Regalado</strong>, was in a terrible car accident caused by a drunk driver. The truck that hit him was stolen, and the driver ran a red light before crashing into Carlos's truck. After the accident, they fled the scene and still have not been found.

<div>Because the vehicle that caused the accident was stolen, insurance will not cover any of the damages. <strong>Most importantly, my son is okay and healthy</strong>, but this has left Carlos heartbroken and struggling since his truck, lovingly named "Black Betty," is so much more than just a vehicle to him. It's a 1968 Chevy C10, a classic he's worked hard to care for, and something he takes deep pride in. This truck has been in our family for over 12 years; this is more than a truck to us.
