Since July they have been paying him out of pocket and this has become extremely difficult to maintain. Jay has become family as he knows their medically disabled son and what care and monitoring he needs . Callahan, two, was born with hydrocephalus and is also blind, partially deaf, has a G-tube, has daily seizures, is completely immobile and does not qualify for Medicaid.
