<div>Caitlin has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma. It was a shocking, fast-moving diagnosis that led to an immediate hospital admission and an intense treatment plan that includes extended inpatient care and a powerful chemotherapy regimen. <div>She is the star of our Mat Manual (literally—those photos you see in the manual? That’s her form, her smile, her deep expertise). She has taught hundreds of students and clients the foundations of movement, resilience, and connection. Her calm confidence and gentle fierceness have touched clients, fellow instructors, and trainees alike.
