On April 4th 2020 our beautiful baby girl didn't wake up. Little did we know that it would take three weeks and incredible hard work and dedication from the staff at Temple Street Children's Hospital for her to do so.
Caitlin, 3, suffered from a stroke. Secondary to this her large intestine had to be removed.
Caitlin fought every step of the way!
She is so happy to be home with her big brother Jack and twin sister Abbie after 18 weeks in hospital.
Now it is our turn as a family to fight for her, to give her every possible chance we can to run around and play again. She is an incredibly funny, loving happy little girl who has amazing strength, determination and potential.
She has a long road ahead of her to relearn to walk and talk again.
She will need a lot of therapies and support on her journey .
