He's the friend who's always ready to help with a project, whether it's building a deck, splitting firewood, or tackling just about any outdoor job. He's an avid cyclist who loves sharing miles with friends, and his home has become a gathering place where neighbors and loved ones are always welcomed around the dinner table or a backyard fire. Cain has spent his life building community by simply showing up for the people around him.

<div>Now, it's our turn to show up for him. Cain is a devoted husband to Lisa and an incredible father to their three elementary-aged children. His family is the center of his world, and together they've built a life filled with love, generosity, and the kind of friendships that feel like family.

<div>Recently, their lives changed in an instant. Cain was diagnosed with cancer that has already spread to other parts of his body. While he and his family are facing this diagnosis with incredible strength and determination, the road ahead will be long and filled with uncertainty.

<div>As Cain begins treatment, the Hickey family is facing overwhelming medical expenses, travel to specialists, medications, lost income, and countless unexpected costs that come with a diagnosis like this. Our hope is to ease as much of that burden as possible so Cain can focus on what matters most, fighting this disease, making memories with Lisa and their three children, and spending his energy where it belongs: with the people he loves.
