Support Business Dealing with Racial Injustice

Hi everyone! Very recently within the past couple months a local family owned BBQ spot called Jay's Southern Cooking that just opened up in alpine has come under some racial injustice. The family, who are African Americans have received threats against them and there business, have been called racial slurs. And its affecting them so much theve had to close their doors to recharge their mental health and also out of fear these threats could be real. Even after these threats this family is still doing there best to power through and give east county some BBQ to remember!!! I've had coworkers visit this place saying it's some of the best BBQ theyve had. So I'd like to fundraise an amount that helps them build back what they've lost out of fear and injustice and show them they aren't alone and their community supports them. Let's not let a good family owned business get thrown off the map. These last 2 years have brought some of the best out of people. Let's show this family just how good we can be!!!
